Please note that the shipping as stated above is not inclusive of any taxes, duties or import fees
that may be charged when a package reaches its destination country for most destinations

All orders, except US, are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
All US orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Order processing time

• All products which are not in stock at the time of order placement are
handmade to order, typically taking 5 working days for manufacturing (unless
stated otherwise on the product page).
• If in stock, items are dispatched within 2 days.
• Longer manufacturing times are noted on specific product pages.
• Stock quantities are not listed on the website, but most items are expected to
ship within a week.
• Some products in the Outlet category are kept in stock with limited availability
(while supplies last).

Track your order

All orders are sent with FedEx, DHL couriers worldwide depending on its destination
and Venipak courier in the Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). You will receive a
unique tracking number and a link to track your parcel's delivery status and progress.
