Who buys wholesale linen from us

We work with independent retailers and with businesses that use linen every day. Whatever you run, you deal with one team, get the same certified fabric and can reorder the colours you already sell.

  • Shops and concept stores

Stock linen bedding, tablecloths, napkins and kitchen towels that customers come back for. Our colours and prints stay in the range across seasons, so reorders match what is already on your shelves.

  • Interior designers and stylists

Specify duvet covers, curtains, cushion covers and table linen in one consistent palette, with non-standard sizes made to order for your project.

  • Hotels, guesthouses and spas

Furnish rooms with linen bedding, waffle towels and bathrobes. Every piece is stonewashed, so it is soft from the first night and gets softer with each wash.

  • Restaurants, cafés and caterers

Order linen napkins, tablecloths, runners and aprons in the sizes and colours your tables and team need.

  • Gift and corporate buyers

Build seasonal gift sets for clients and staff from kitchen towels, bags, napkins and bathrobes.

  • Makers and fashion labels

Buy linen fabric for your own production in weights from 85 to 310 g/m², and order fabric samples before you commit.

Wholesale linen collections

The full Linen Tales range is available to trade customers. Kitchen towels, aprons, dishcloths, oven mitts, pot holders, bags, bath towels, bathrobes, sleepwear and loungewear are usually kept in stock. Bed linen and table linen are made to order for each wholesale order.

Browse the range here. Wholesale prices and per-product minimums are shown in our trade portal once your account is approved, and our wholesale catalogues are available there too.

Why buyers choose Linen Tales

Buying linen wholesale is about more than price per piece. Here is what you get when you buy from us.

Certified linen you can sell with confidence

Our fabric is tested to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 (certificate 2017OK0319 AITEX) and made from European Flax™ certified fibre (BVFR10502602): flax grown without irrigation or GMOs, traceable at every processing step.

Made by hand in Lithuania

Every product is sewn by artisans in Lithuania, where linen-making is a long tradition. We started in our own home, in a 16th-century building, and grew into a brand with customers all over the world.

Soft from the first use

All finished Linen Tales products are stonewashed, so your customers get relaxed, supple linen straight out of the parcel and it keeps getting softer with each wash.

A palette that lasts

Colours and prints are designed to carry across seasons, so you can mix pieces and reorder favourites. As with all natural linen, shades can vary slightly between dye lots.

Small minimums, less waste

Each product has its own minimum quantity so we never cut fabric we cannot use. After your €300 opening order, there is no minimum on reorders.

Fast turnaround and US duties covered

Made-to-order pieces take about 10 business days. US orders ship DDP, so we pay the import duties and your landed cost is clear.

Stack of stonewashed linen in natural colours ready for wholesale orders

Wholesale linen for hotels, restaurants and cafés

Linen is one of the strongest natural fibres and it breathes well, which makes it a good fit for guest rooms, spas and dining tables. For hotels, guesthouses, restaurants and cafés we supply:

  • Linen bed linen: duvet covers, fitted and flat sheets, pillowcases
  • Bath linen: waffle towels, bath sheets and bathrobes
  • Table linen: tablecloths, napkins, runners and placemats in custom sizes
  • Staff and kitchen textiles: linen aprons and kitchen towels

Need tablecloths cut to your exact tables, or one colour across several venues? Your account manager will quote custom sizes and confirm lead times before production starts. For care, we recommend washing at 40°C (100°F); see our linen care guide.

Wholesale linen fabric

Trade customers can also buy linen fabric for their own production: plain weaves, twill, muslin, stripes and prints in weights from 85 to 310 g/m², supplied unwashed so you can finish it your way. Availability varies by weight and colour. Order fabric samples first to check handle, drape and colour. The guide below shows what each weight is typically used for.

  1. 85 g/m²MuslinScarves, sheer curtains, linings, wraps
  2. 115–150 g/m²LightShirts, blouses, dresses, sleepwear
  3. 160–185 g/m²MediumBedding, napkins, tablecloths, trousers
  4. 215–245 g/m²HeavyAprons, cushion covers, curtains, bags

Typical uses are a starting point. Ask us if you are unsure which weight suits your product.

What to check before choosing a wholesale linen supplier

Whichever supplier you pick, these questions protect your margin and your reputation. Here is how we answer them.

Question to ask Why it matters At Linen Tales
Where does the flax come from? "Linen" is often used loosely, and fibre origin affects quality and your sustainability claims. European Flax™ certified fibre, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 tested fabric.
What does the fabric weigh? Weight decides drape, opacity and how long a product lasts. 85–310 g/m², with weights listed in the trade portal.
Is it prewashed? Unwashed linen feels stiff and can change after the first wash. Finished products are stonewashed for softness. Fabric is supplied unwashed for your own finishing.
What are the minimums? High minimums tie up cash and shelf space. €300 opening order, no minimum on reorders.
How long is production? Seasonal products have to arrive on time. About 10 business days for made-to-order; core kitchen and bath items usually in stock.
Who pays import duties? Duties change your real landed cost. US orders ship duty paid (DDP). Elsewhere, local duties may apply.
Can I reorder the same colour? Customers expect to complete a set later. Colours stay in the range across seasons; natural dye-lot variation is possible.
