We ship from Lithuania (EU), but you do not need to worry about extra customs duties or import taxes. For orders to the US, UK, and Canada, all duties and taxes are already covered by us, so the price you see at checkout is the final price.
All orders, except US, Canada, UK are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
All US, Canada and UK orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
• All products which are not in stock at the time of order placement are
handmade to order, typically taking 5 working days for manufacturing (unless
stated otherwise on the product page).
• If in stock, items are dispatched within 2 days.
• Longer manufacturing times are noted on specific product pages.
• Stock quantities are not listed on the website, but most items are expected to
ship within a week.
• Some products in the Outlet category are kept in stock with limited availability
(while supplies last).
All orders are sent with FedEx, DHL and UPS couriers worldwide depending on its destination and Venipak courier in the Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia). You will receive a unique tracking number and a link to track your parcel's delivery status and progress.
Returns
We hope you love our products as much as we do. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can easily return your Linen Tales product(s) within 30 days from the delivery date.
Key requirements:
- Items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging.
- Bedding sets and bundles must be returned as a full set (individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you have received an item with a a manufacturer’s defect — wrong size, wrong color, broken stitches, open seams, etc. — you are eligible for a full refund, including all shipping and handling costs.
Please contact our customer service team at support@linentales.com within 5 business days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement of the item or issue a refund.
NOTE: Discoloration and shrinkage are typically not considered a manufacturer’s defect — for more information on linen care, read our blog article on linen care HERE.
In case any defects occur after some time, return is possible if there are obvious manufacturing defects. In this case, all returns must be approved by Linen Tales customer service team and the purchase of a returned item must be not older than two years.
Follow these steps:
1. Fill in our product return form online at https://linentalescom.returnscenter.com/
2. Choose between these options: Return the item back to us completely.
3. You will receive an email with the confirmed status of your online return form and shipping instructions, which you must follow. It's very important to add a written order number to the return package otherwise, we will not be able to identify your order and proceed with a refund.
4. After sending the package, please come back to the return form and include the package tracking number. The package should be sent to the following address:

Please send your returns via a tracked delivery service. We can't accept responsibility for lost packages.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed. Once processed, we will issue your refund back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the reimbursement of funds to be allocated back to the original form of payment.
