The end of summer was busy as always as we were visiting some of the world’s biggest trade fairs and finishing our new collection for this fall at the same time. Among other trade shows, our team visited NY NOW in New York, USA and Maison & Objet in Paris, France, which were the main source of inspiration for the upcoming year. Big thanks to everyone who visited us as it is always the biggest pleasure to meet our long-term and new clients, share a mutual admiration for linen and discuss new ideas.
NY NOW was especially exciting to us as our Almond Linen Bed Set was included in the show’s Destination:new stand which is dedicated to new, unique and trend-setting products. And that’s not all! Our new Botany Print Bed Set for kids was selected as Best New Product Award finalist.
This is also one of the most exciting periods in a year as we get to see (and be a part of) the newest trends in home decor and share our impressions with you. So without further ado, let’s see what will be on the spot this upcoming season.
SUSTAINABLE, HANDMADE PIECES

Although sustainable and handmade were increasingly popular keywords in the home decor world for some time now, their presence is especially strong now. Handmade, artisan, sustainable pieces are something worth investing in as they are unique and can become hairloom due to their timeless properties. Look out for anything ranging from wooden or ceramic pieces to hand-woven baskets and handmade linens.

RICH JEWEL TONES

Once again nature is the main source for inspiration. We talk about the rich jewel tones that come in vivid sapphire, teal blues, and forest or emerald greens. From cushion covers and coasters to sofas, rugs and even walls, anything goes depending on how brave and bold you are. This is a perfect trend to consider if you wish to give your home that luxurious but not over the top look.

Boucle fabric is back in fashion, taking a form of throws, furniture upholstery, rugs and more.
Ranging from tiny to extra-sized loops, this fabric brings along a bit of vintage and retro feel. If you are going for soft, monochrome home decor, we suggest incorporating bouclé pieces to create accents through texture instead of colour.
