As an e-commerce manager at Linen Tales, you will be a crucial part of our mission to enhance the success, growth, and development of our online shop. Collaborating closely with developers and fellow teammates, you will work toward achieving the e-commerce department's objectives.

We expect:

• Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably with Shopify or a similar platform.
• A strong commitment to continuous learning, improvement, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• A genuine interest in e-commerce and a keen awareness of digital marketing trends.
• Initiative and a results-oriented mindset, with the drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Conversion rate optimization.
• Analysing available data to optimize web performance.
• Test and try different designs or CTAs on-site to improve conversion.
• Overseeing web design and development.
• Regularly research market trends and changes to adjust websites and products accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing on content calendars to ensure relevant products are being promoted.
• Making essential updates, such as error corrections, content and blog posts uploads, SEO improvements, and other adjustments as required.
• Reporting on web performance.

Salary: 2100 - 2600 Eur/gross per month
